Open day for wedding couples at Breaffy House Resort

Breaffy House Resort is holding an open afternoon for couples getting married on Sunday June 1.

On the day, couples, their family and their friends, are welcome to call to the hotel and sample the unique atmosphere and setting which it has to offer.

The 19th century manor hotel is set in 90 acres of parkland with landscaped gardens.

The character and romantic charm of the resort, combined with the beautiful gardens, impressive accommodation, and luxury spa, make it an ideal venue for wedding celebrations.

“Breaffy House Resort has a core philosophy of offering individual and personal service that is re-inforced by the policy to only host one wedding a day,” said wedding coordinator Maureen Ginnelly.

“The venue lends itself very well to both smaller, intimate, weddings and larger, lavish, occasions. The elegant and private Breaffy Banqueting Suite offers splendid views of our extensive grounds and can accommodate weddings with 80 guests up to 350 guests.

“We also have several options available for more intimate wedding parties, and are an approved and listed venue for civil ceremonies,” she continued.

“The food at any reception is of the utmost importance and at Breaffy House Resort the quality remains the same, whether dining for two in our Mulberry Restaurant or with a full house in the Breaffy Banqueting Suite. Our experienced teams of chefs are dedicated to providing you with a fabulous dining experience using only the freshest, locally sourced produce.”

Complete wedding packages start from €35 per person. The hotel also offers tailor made packages, specifically built to meet personal tastes and budgets.

“Whatever style of wedding day you decide upon, you will find our 40 plus years of experience, attention to detail, and personal and professional approach, will allow you to relax and enjoy every moment of your special day,” added Ms Ginnelly.
