Tonight , Friday, November 2, Wilde’s in Lisloughrey Lodge in Cong is offering a five-course evening meal, created by head chef Jonathan Keane, pairing a menu with wines from Bodegas Valdemar in Spain’s Rioja. The evening is hosted by food blogger Mona Wise from wisewords.ie who, along with her husband Ron, also writes for The Sunday Times. The night begins with a champagne reception with canapés and costs €65 per person (there is a 15 per cent discount with Food And Wine Magazine club membership ).
