Step and abdominal fitness classes

place in Breaffy National School four nights each week.

These workouts are packed full of great fat blasting and toning routines that will give you a thinner, stronger, and more energised body.

Each 60 minute class is designed to burn lots of calories and to strengthen and tone the upper and lower body. All sessions also include a brilliant tummy toning route using the latest techniques in firming and strengthening the muscles in the abdominal area.

Basic classes are held every Tuesday and Thursday night and intermediate and advanced level classes are on Monday and Wednesday nights. A new eight week course will start at the end of February. Advanced booking is essential as places are limited.
