Mayo based company listed as one of the Top 100 companies globally in health technology

Full Health Medical, a Mayo based company with operations in the UK and Ireland, have been listed in the annual Global Digital Health 100 by medical journal, The Journal of mHealth.

Speaking of the news, Ballintubber native and CEO of Full Health Medical, Paul Mc Carthy, stated: "This recognition is a major achievement for us. With over 47,500 health apps on the Itunes store alone, to be listed amongst some of the top health-tech innovators in the world alongside Fitbit, for example, is tremendous.

The Global Digital Health 100 is one of the HealthTech industries foremost technology award programmes, celebrating innovation and entrepreneurship. It recognises and supports health technology companies that are demonstrating the greatest potential to change the way that healthcare is delivered.

In order to rank nominees, the Journal of mHealth used a judging criteria that included 10 different qualitative and quantitative evaluation metrics. This included the nominee’s disruptive impact, proof of concept, technology innovation, social value, effectiveness, execution of strategy, industry integration and the ability to scale.
