Get going for St Patrick’s celebrations with Barry’s Travel
This St Patrick Day Barry’s Travel is operating a tour to Amsterdam with music all the way.
St Patrick Day in Amsterdam is taking place from March 16 – 19. Barry Travel will pick up travellers from the Kilkenny area and also along the route to Dublin where they take the ferry from Dublin Port to Holyhead.
From there the journey will continue to Hull with stops along the way. At Hull the bus will board the cruise ferry where all will enjoy a buffet carvery dinner before the music and dancing begins in the ship’s show lounge. Entertainment for this tour features The Barry Doyle Band, The Bonnie Stewart Duo and Danny Webster.
After breakfast it’s time to disembark at Rotterdam and take the short drive to Amsterdam. There the tour will take in the Gassan Diamond Factory and then a sightseeing tour of all of Amsterdam’s well known sights.
Travellers will have some free time in this wonderful city before the coach heads for the hotel. There will be set dancing available to all before dinner and afterwards the artists will entertain you in the ballroom into the wee small hours of the morning.
The next day we will see the departure from the hotel via Holland’s Royal City Dan Hauge for an orientations tour. It’s then on via Delft to Rotherdam for the overnight ferry back to Hull.
The coach will then depart Hull and travel to Holyhead for the ferry back to Dublin Port where travellers will be transferred back to the original pick up points.
