Craft specialists embrace technology

Nicholas Mosse Pottery, one of the county’s leading craft brands, is embracing technology with their decision to adopt a new IT backup software developed in Ireland.
Nicholas Mosse, working under advice from local IT firm A to Z Computers, are adopting a new software to fully manage and backup Microsoft Dynamics Nav.
The software has been engineered by Ireland’s largest online backup provider, keepITsafe, and is the only fully automated off-site backup solution for Microsoft Navision on the market today.
It automates the backup process by utilising the built-in backup function of Navision and allows system administrators to concentrate on more important tasks without worrying about mundane backup chores.
“The solution works seamlessly,” according to Billy Molloy of Nicholas Mosse Pottery.
“Previously we had extreme difficulty backing up Navision and the system would breakdown regularly. Our business could not afford to continue like this, so keepITsafe is a welcome addition to our business.”
A to Z Computers advised their clients to move over to the new software as it includes extensive error checking and error handling capabilities, which enable system administrators to take action if a problem should occur in the database.
