How does Instant Treats work?
Instant Treats features amazing offers from exclusive merchants in Galway. We partner with handpicked merchants to feature interesting treats that our members are excited to experience and share. All you have to do is register with deals.advertiser.ie and we will keep you updated on all the latest Treats we have to offer. Once you have found a treat you like just click Buy Now, complete your purchase and we provide your redemption code immediately. Simply present this code to the merchant, or where stated contact the merchant and make a booking.

How do I receive a redemption code from Instant Treats?
To purchase an Instant Treat click Buy Now, if you are not logged in or registered you will have to complete registration or login on deals.advertiser.ie. Instant Treats is strictly one per person. The next step is to provide your payment details. Once these have been provided, click Pay Now and your redemption code will be emailed to you.

I did not get an email, what do I do?
If you have not received your email after you have made a purchase, email us at [email protected]. Please check your spam folder to make sure it was not routed there before you contact us.

Can I give my voucher to someone else with my name on it?
Yes you can, unless specified in the Terms and Conditions of the Treat itself that you cannot use it as a gift.

Do I get credit on a voucher if I do not use the full value of it?
No, credit or cash back will not be given on vouchers where the full value of the treat was not used.
I have changed my mind, can I get a refund?

My voucher has expired, what should I do?
Do not let your voucher expire without redeeming the offer. If it expires before you redeem it there is nothing we can do. It is at the discretion of the Merchant offering the Instant Treat whether or not they accept your voucher for redemption once the voucher has expired.

I forgot my password
Don’t worry if you have forgotten your password, all you have to do is click Forgot Password on the Log in page of deals.advertiser.ie and then it will ask you to enter your email. An email is then sent to your email address containing a link which allows you to reset your password. Just follow the instructions once you click the link.

Are offers from Instant Treats secure?
Extremely. Your credit card number is transmitted by SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) directly to a secure electronic vault. At no time is your credit card information stored on our servers. So that your information is kept secure, please be sure to log out of your account after using a public or shared computer. Our payment gateway is provided by Realex Payments.

I have changed my mind, can I get a refund?

Once we send you your voucher(s), you may cancel the transaction at any time within twenty four (24) hours, always provided of course that you have not yet redeemed the Instant Treat. If you do want to cancel, you must request the cancellation by sending an email to [email protected]. Please include the title of the Instant Treat you are cancelling, the treat option (in the case that the deal has more than one option), and the voucher number(s) you wish to cancel.
