Final reminder for Property Partners Maxwell Heaslip & Leonard May auction

GALWAY ADVERTISER, May 03, 2012

The auction team at Property Partners Maxwell Heaslip & Leonard have had a busy six weeks in the run up to the May auctions, which take place tomorrow (Friday) at 3pm in the Imperial Hotel. According to the agents, interest has been keen with a flurry of activity from interested purchasers throughout the six-week auction campaign.

As with every auction, the firm aims to offer a range of properties to suit various potential purchasers. “We are acutely aware of the need to offer a range of properties to the market and this has been a considerable factor in our success to date on the auction floor,” said auctioneer James Heaslip MIPAV. “As usual, the one thing that the properties have in common is that they are very attractively priced. Our vendors are aware that we have unrivalled results and have bought into the mantra that in order to sell at auction, properties must be priced keenly. Our recent auctions show this is the case and as long as a property offers good value then we will sell it.”
