Situated on the Galway side of Loughrea town in a commercial park away from traffic with plenty of free parking, they’ve been having fun at the Funshack since opening in 2009.

Why not take the stress out of birthday parties at home and organise a great day out in The Funshack. It is great for birthday parties particularly on these cold wet days with prices ranging from €11.50 with evening rental also available. This is a family run business which offers a top of the range play facility for children ranging from 0-12 years old and is only 20 minutes from Galway, Gort and Ballinasloe and only five kms off the M6 (exit 16 ).

Every Thursday morning there is a toddler morning, from 10am to 12 noon, where there is painting, story telling, arts and crafts and lots of games and there is a complimentary cup of tea/ coffee for the adults. This great morning is only €5 per child, babies not mobile yet are free and all toddler groups are welcome to this great morning on Thursdays.

The Funshack can offer children hours of fun and action which will burn up all that energy they tend to store, while you can sit back and relax with a cup of the finest coffee, read some of the newspapers and magazines provided, and still be able to keep a watchful eye on the children.

The slides are the main attraction with a twin lane wavy slide suitable for all ages, and of course the drop slide which is for the over eights.Check out www.funshackplaycentre.com where you get all the info on party packages and upcoming events, for the best around!
