Your favourite seaside café & bakery has upped the food game in Spiddal once again with a new menu. Builin Blasta’s new menu maintains its old ethos- wholesome, fresh food made with top quality local ingredients- but adds some new tasty delights to excite your tastebuds.
The ever popular smoky bacon melt is joined on the menu with a new chicken parmesan melt made with breaded Friendly Farmer chicken breast and topped with homemade tomato sauce, lashings of parmesan cheese, rocket & mayo on freshly baked focaccia. It is crunchy, saucy and totally tasty. There are two new fritatta’s on the All Day Breakfast menu and some new additions to the hot food menu include crispy risotto balls called arancini (pronounced Air-an-cheen-ee ) and crispy beer battered fish & chips.
Did someone mention beer?? The new menu also includes Spiddal River Brewery Bogman and Mild Atlantic Way Pale Ales alongside the white and red wine selections.
You can finish your meal with one of Builin Blasta’s freshly baked desserts including vegan options, gluten and dairy free options and the full fat, full sugar, full indulgence options for those days when nothing else will do.
The Award winning Café & Bakery will be open later in the summer months starting June 5th- Sunday-Wednesday 10am-6pm & Thursday – Saturday 10am-8pm.
