Medical herbalist Patrick Murphy trained in electrodermal screening in Murcia Spain. Patrick was trained by Professor Joaquin Fernandez Alcaraz and is fully accredited in carrying out this popular health screening alternative medicine method.
Patrick first became interested in Electrodermal screening a number of years ago when he himself was tested by Professor Alcaraz. To Patrick's surprise, a number of health issues that came up during testing were 100% accurate when he went on to have a CT Scan
"Due to effectiveness of the testing I decided I wanted to learn more and trained with the Professor and subsequently became completely proficient."
Electrodermal screening is a diagnostic method used in alternative medicine. By measuring the skin's electrical resistance, electrodermal screening is said to detect energy imbalances along meridians, invisible lines of energy flow in traditional Chinese medicine.
According to proponents , electrodermal screening may help to detect and help illnesses such as allergies, organ weakness, food intolerances, nutritional deficiencies and more.
The test has also the ability to screen the heart, lungs, digestive system, kidneys, bowels etc
During the screening a person typically holds a probe in one hand, while a second probe touches another part of the body. A tiny electrical current (which cannot be detected by the person using the machine ) is sent through the circuit and a reading is made on a galvanometer between 0 and 100. Readings can be taken at different places on the skin, corresponding with acupuncture points, to determine if there if there is an imbalance in a person's energy which may signal illness.
Pat will be holding a Open Day for the Electrodermal Health Screening in Nox 's Hotel on the 10th June, if you would like to reserve a space or require more information please telephone 093-27033 or email [email protected]
