From €18.50 per person, guests can enjoy an Irish 6oz chuck and brisket burger, finished with smoked cheddar cheese and bacon jam; Galway made stout and onion sausages glazed with honey and mustard; or chickpea and lentil veggie burgers served with fresh mozzarella and sun-kissed tomatoes. Plus, a range from the grill including cider glazed pork belly, overnight slow roasted beef brisket with whiskey and coffee glaze, and Connemara lamb lolli-chops served with a rosemary and honey aioli, with additional costs per person starting from €3.50.
Salads include red cabbage, apple and carrot ‘slaw and grilled Mediterranean vegetables, finished with olive oil and white balsamic; bulger wheat with cherry tomatoes, pomegranate, walnut, lemon and mint dressing, plus many more, not to mention soft buns, crispy rolls, and a selection of sauces to please everyone.
