Cobwebs Welcomes Celebrated Goldsmith...

With love from Cobwebs

Jewellery expert Phyllis MacNamara of Cobwebs, Galway, is renowned for spotting the up and coming stars of the jewellery world having being the first to stock such names as Rodney Rayner, Kenneth Jay Lane, Tatty Devine and Alexis Bittar, long before they became well-known International names in the industry. But now Phyllis has discovered a jewellery designer a little closer to home who she feels will be the next big name in jewellery design, namely goldsmith Nigel O’Reilly.

Based just outside Castlebar, Co. Mayo, the goldsmith and diamond setter, is creating a lot of excitement in the world of fine jewellery where his creations have graced the catwalks of many international shows and the red carpets of numerous star studded events.

.

Best known for incorporating colour in the design of his engagement rings, Nigel’s beautifully designed pieces are handcrafted in his Mayo studio with many of the stones also cut in Ireland. His unusual methods of setting diamonds has lead to famed London jewellery houses on Bond Street and Hatton Garden seeking him out to manufacture their pieces. But now Irish fans don’t have to travel far to view his work as the Nigel O’Reilly Collection is available exclusively in Ireland at Cobwebs, Galway.
