Traditional carvery Sunday lunch at The Ardilaun

The traditional carvery lunch in the Camilaun restaurant at The Ardilaun hotel in Taylor's Hill is the perfect lunch stop for catching up with old friends, making some new ones, or celebrating a family occasion, and is the ideal way to while away a lazy Sunday afternoon.

Full carvery lunch is served from 1pm to 3pm every Sunday with three course meal and tea or coffee for just €25 per person. Menus are also individually priced with main course options at just €13.50, along with children’s menus available also. The Camilaun restaurant overlooks the secluded hotel gardens and water fountain, so there is plenty of space for families to enjoy the outdoors in the pleasant and safe surroundings of the grounds, along with free parking.

Popular carvery main course dishes include roast turkey and ham, roast lamb, and the popular roast beef, along with fresh fish dishes served from the kitchen such as fillet of cod with sweet potato, crab risotto, and chive cream. Among the favourites for dessert options include Ardilaun sticky toffee pudding or soft meringue roulade with fresh berries and vanilla ice-cream. Using the finest selection of local artisan produce, each dish uses home-grown herbs and delights from The Ardilaun’s own kitchen walled garden and herb garden which also add an extra special homemade touch to each dish.

The Ardilaun kitchen also offers sumptuous afternoon tea available daily from 3pm to 5pm, along with The Ardilaun Bistro for a more casual option. Now taking bookings for Easter Sunday on 091 521433 or visit on www.theardilaunhotel.ie for more details.
