HARVESTER, THE Galway metal/stoner rock band, have released their new album, Harmonic Ruptures; are set to play the Róisín Dubh; and have announced dates for their forthcoming Scottish and Irish tour.

Harvester play the Róisín Dubh tomorrow [Thursday July 7] in the venue's upstairs bar from 9pm, while Friday is the official release date for the band's second album, Harmonic Ruptures, which will be available via Bandcamp, iTunes, and Amazon.

The quartet was formed in 2012 through a mutual love of Black Sabbath, Thin Lizzy, Rory Gallagher, Graveyard, Torche, and High On Fire. Harmonic Ruptures is the follow-up to their 2013 debut, The Blind Summit Recordings, which enjoyed more than 3,000 downloads, sold out its first vinyl pressing, and received rave reviews.

The band was formed in 2012 through a mutual love of Black Sabbath, Thin Lizzy, Rory Gallagher, Graveyard, Torche, and High On Fire. They have played support to a number of high profile metal bands, including Mastodon and Uncle Acid & The Dead Beats

Following the Róisín Dubh show and album release, Harvester will play The Hut, Dublin, on Friday July 8; Cleeres in Kilkenny, Saturday July 9; Banshee Labyrinth, Edinburgh, on Thursday July 28; Nice n' Sleazy, Glasgow, Friday July 29; supporting Mastodon at the Limelight, Belfast, Sunday August 14 and The Academy, Dublin, Monday August 15; and Dolans, Limerick, Saturday October 30.
