DNG Maxwell Heaslip & Leonard launches April auctions

DNG Maxwell Heaslip & Leonard has announced details of its upcoming April auctions, featuring a mix of land, apartments, and houses for sale in Galway city and county. The auction team have already swung into action with the first weekend of viewings already behind them, and interest levels in the various lots are mounting. With demand for property still outweighing supply in the market and a rental market stretched to its limits, potential buyers are eager not to miss out on good opportunities. “We always aim to offer real value in the properties we bring to the auction floor,” said James Heaslip MIPAV. “A lot of time is spent on accurately valuing the properties and making sure they will appeal to buyers.”

The first two lots in the April auctions are plots of land located in Rosshill, Merlin, Galway. According to Alan Maxwell MRISC, MCSI, “These lots are sure to generate plenty of interest due to the lack of availability of land.” Indeed, the company has experienced considerable success in recent times with land proving very popular at auction.

The company introduced an online data room this year, where legal documentation for all auction properties is available to download. According to Mairead Leonard, BComm, MBS: “As part of the continual enhancement of services, all contracts and relevant legal documentation will be available to download on www.dnggalway.ie Each property has a button entitled 'Legal Documents'. Simply click on this link and you will be sent an email with instructions on accessing and downloading the relevant files.”
