Free event to demystify SME budgeting

At this time of year, most business owners and managers know they need to begin making plans for the coming year. ‘Where best to begin?’ might be the question in the back of their minds.

To address this crucial aspect of success in business SCCUL Enterprises are pleased to present a free seminar on Budgeting for Business on Thursday November 26th at 7.30 pm at the SCCUL Enterprise Centre in Ballybane.

In this seminar Galway accountant and business strategist, Jim Cahill of AccountsPLUS, will set out why SMEs should prepare a budget at this time and outline an easy-to-follow, methodical approach to the task.  He will show how to use the budget both to develop an understanding of business performance and to address any risks that the process uncovers.  Additionally, he will identify useful software tools and resources that can be a great help to managers with many demands on their time.

If you are a business owner/manager and you want to improve your budgeting skills then this seminar will give you some key information and will also provide you with an opportunity to ask questions from a practical and highly-experienced business advisor.

Although the Seminar is free, registration is essential.  To book your place please contact SCCUL Enterprise Centre at 091 386 004 or email [email protected].
