PAINTCLUB IS a new monthly art event in An Púcán for people who want to explore their artistic side but do not know where to start or who are just looking for a fun night out with friends.
Participants will paint with step by step instructions and by the end have a work to take home with them. Paintclub is the brainchild of local artist Aisling Kearney Burke of Beechmount Art Studio. "A lot of people would love explore their creative side but don’t have the time to commit to an eight or 10 week course. This is the perfect way to try your hand at painting while having a fun, relaxing night out as well," she says.
No experience is necessary and all levels of ability are welcome. Paintclub’s first night will be on Thursday May28 in An Púcán. Subsequent nights will be July 2 and August 6. Admission is €30.
