DNG Maxwell Heaslip & Leonard set to continue auction success

The auction team at DNG Maxwell Heaslip & Leonard certainly are not sitting on their laurels after their hugely successful April auctions. While the Francis Street based agents had a 94 per cent sales rate, the highest in the country since the beginning of 2015, the team are immediately back into the fray with the launch of their June 5 auction, due to take place in the auction rooms in the Raddison Blu Hotel, Galway.

As usual the company has a mix of properties with something to suit all buyers in the market, and all with very attractive guide prices. James Heaslip, who heads the auction team, is quite excited about the listings they are bringing to the floor and believes that this is one of the most exciting auctions the company has launched in a long time.

“On the back of our April auctions, and the unprecedented success we’ve had, we are looking forward to keeping the momentum going and keep the interest levels high for our June 5 auction," Mr Heaslip said. "In this particular auction we have just 12 lots, but it is certainly one of the most varied and eclectic mix of lots we’ve offered to the floor in some time. We have properties which will appeal to the first time buyer looking to get their feet on the the property ladder,  properties which will attract investors seeking value for money with good rental yields, and properties which will entice those looking for a spacious family home away from the city limits."

He added: “Our whole auction team works tirelessly from the initial stages of bringing the property to the market. We take care in pricing the properties, work hard to market each lot, and make a huge effort on auction day to ensure that both potential buyers and sellers have a good experience. As a result, we are now widely recognised as one of the country’s leading auction houses – it does help that our results are unrivalled!”
