Learn Spanish with The Spanish Institute

A new term of Spanish courses will begin in February at The Spanish Institute. Adult courses range from beginner to advanced and, with a variety of times available, there is an option to suit everyone.

These 15 week courses offer comprehensive and structured learning programmes and utilise modern didactic technology. With a heavy emphasis on everyday oral communication, the beginners’ course is the ideal introduction to Spanish for those who plan travel or holidays in Spain or Latin America. The more advanced courses can help learners to progress steadily through the learning levels, improving their confidence and ability in terms of both conversational and grammatical skills. There are also options for children and teenagers from beginner to more advanced levels. The team at The Spanish Institute can help any learner find a level that suits his/her abilities and learning goals.

With seven years of experience teaching languages in Galway as The Language Institute, the school has refocused itself exclusively towards Spanish since its launch as The Spanish Institute last year. Spanish was by far the most popular language that it offered to students, and with more than 300 million native speakers worldwide across 44 countries on four continents, it is easy to see why. Many Irish people regularly holiday in Spain, travel in South America, and enjoy the Spanish culture and food that is so popular in Galway, due to our shared historical connections. The Spanish Institute hopes to celebrate and preserve this connection and encourages local people to enjoy the Spanish language and culture, through its language courses and events. Along with courses, The Spanish Institute regularly organises tapas evenings and charity fundraisers.

The team at The Spanish Institute have lots of exciting plans to continue to celebrate the Spanish language and culture in Galway. To find our more about any of The Spanish Institute’s courses call 091 566759 or email [email protected].
