Last chance to avail of CGT exemptions in final property auction of 2014

DNG Maxwell Heaslip & Leonard will hold the final property auctions of 2014 in Ireland.

In a response to the demand by investors to purchase investment properties before the year’s end, DNG Maxwell Heaslip & Leonard will host its final auctions of the year on December 18.

 Fergal Leonard says:“Traditionally our November auctions would be the last one of the year and we would wind down after that, but this year with the capital gains tax incentives, we see an increase in demand from both vendors and buyers so we are responding to this by holding what will be the final property auction of 2014 in the country on December 18.”

 With a recent surge in investor activity in the market place, the December auctions are likely to attract similar interest to the November auctions, with well-priced properties proving ever-popular.
