Facebook…50 years/50 lifts campaign

As part of its 50 years celebrations Western Motors has been providing its customers with a special “lift” as a thank you for placing their business with the company.

“We thought we could all have a bit of fun by arranging a special lift for many of those customers and their friends in one of our more special cars,” says James McCormack, “ anything from a gorgeous 1964 Mercedes convertible to our lovely 1976 Volkswagen Beetle or a new Seat Alhambra seven seater.”

Customers can let Western Motors know what the special occasion is on its Facebook site and the company will see if it can arrange the “lift”

James McCormack: “To date we have taken a new baby home from the hospital, taken some ladies on a special family night out, and even a simple run to the shops in our lovely Beetle. There’s plenty of time left so let us know about that special occasion.”

The company has been a family business from the start and the family is determined to keep it that way.

“We certainly have not been bored as changes in the economy, in the motor business, and most importantly in customer expectations, have meant we have had to work hard as a team to deliver what our customers expect. Thankfully we have also had plenty of fun along the way and genuinely want to thank both our staff and our customers for the faith they have put in us over the years.”

“While some franchises have gone and been replaced by others, we are proud to say that Western Motors continues to operate as a quality car dealership.”

James says people who want to experience what Western Motors has to offer can visit either of their sites in Galway or Drogheda.
