THE BEST of The Drifters, featuring Gillie Leroy Jones, are coming to Galway to play a concert in the Salthill Hotel on Sunday April 13.
Gillie Leroy Jones, Stevie Jackson, Paul Mills, and John Oldenstam will perform such timeless soul-pop classics as ‘Saturday Night at the Movies’, ‘Under the Boardwalk’, ‘Come On Over To My Place’, ‘Up On The Roof ’,‘You’reMoreThanANumber In My Little Red Book’, ‘Save The Last Dance For Me’, and ‘Kissin’ In The Back Row’ in this two hour show.
Gillie Leroy Jones has worked with Dionne Warwick, Lulu, The Searchers, The Fortunes, and Suzie Quatro, while The Best of The Drifters are one of the select few to perform with some of the original members of The Drifters.
