Irish-American hoe-down @ Monroe’s Live

ST PATRICK’S Eve and St Patrick’s Day will be celebrated musically at Monroe’s Live with two gigs from Minnesota’s The Hounds of Finn.

The Hounds of Finn are an Irish-American quartet from St Paul, Minnesota, that combine Irish and Scots music with bluegrass, folk, and modern pop.

The band - Belfast-raised singer-guitarist Leslie Rich, mandolin player and singer Pete McCauley, fiddler Michelle McGregor, and singer/bodhrán player David Draeger - play on Sunday 16 and Monday 17 at 9pm.

Admission is free before 11pm on Sunday and €10 thereafter; and €10 on Monday March 17. See Monroes.ie for more information.
