Winters Property Management has become the first managing agency in Galway to be licensed by the Property Services Regulatory Authority (PSRA ). As part of their ongoing commitment to better property management Winters held an information evening last night (Wednesday ) for owner management company directors to give an overview of the PSRA requirements and responsibilities which are now paramount for all Property Management Providers.
The PSRA was established by the Government in 2011 to licence and regulate the property services industry. Winters Property Management worked closely with the Property Regulator and was at the forefront of all discussions. Since July 2012, property service providers may no longer operate unless licensed by the PSRA. The legislation covers property management, sales, auctioneering and letting services.
