Workshops and events for theatre makers
A NEW series of workshops, discussions, and events for theatre makers, takes place in the Druid Lane and Town Hall theatres, presented by JOLT.
The first workshops take place this Saturday in Druid Lane, then on Saturday February 16 in the Town Hall Theatre, followed by Creative Quickies, an evening of short works in progress on Monday 18 in the Town Hall Studio.
This Saturday’s workshop will be given by Little John Nee, Jane Daly, Jen Coppinger and David Parnell. On Saturday 16, workshops will be led by Eamonn Fox and Sinéad McPhillips. Places on are limited and cost €10 per day.
Creative Quickies gives aspiring and experienced writers and makers the chance to stage their ideas, so long as they do not exceed 10 minutes. There will be audience feedback. The closing date for applications is midnight tonight.
