Mr Whippy Soundsystem's Summer Market Block Party returns to the Galway market on Sunday 22nd July 2012, from mid-day to sun-set, sunshine funtime on the original pop-up outdoor dancefloor! Ever since Project 06, Mr Whippy Soundsystem's annual free afternoon at St Nicholas's market on a Sunday in July has become a much-loved regular 'fringe' event during Galway's festival season. Joining the soundsystem on the day will be Dave Barry (The Nitty Gritty - Massimos Bar ), Ben O’Faoláin (Club Áras na nGael ) and Dr Herringbone Dread. Followed by a late night after-party at Massimo's (also free! ).
