Dancing and decadence - The Dirty Circus

THE DECADENT atmosphere of the clubs and music halls of 1920s Germany will be brought to life in Galway’s The Dirty Circus.

The Dirty Circus will present a full burlesque and cabaret show in The Cellar Bar this Saturday at 9.30pm and will feature Sade O’Sapphic - whose tassel twirlings are legendary and Kristin Kapelli - whose rendition of Led Zeppelin’s ‘Whole Lotta Love’ has brought the house down on numerous occasions.

There will also be dancing with Les HOT Culottes!, and performances from singers Sarah Lou, Julianne and Kieran, and Breda Larkin, while Cantina Bop will be DJing.

Those going along on the night are encouraged to dress up. There will be prizes on the night for the ‘Best Dressed Lady’ and ‘Best Turned Out Gent’.

Admission is €10. Tickets are available through The Dirty Cirus Facebook page; Thedirtycircus1 @gmail.com, or from Bell Book & Candle, The Small Crane.
