MANCHESTER-IRISH fiddle player Mike McGoldrick will be in The Crane Bar, Sea Road, this Monday from 9pm.
On the night he will be joined by fellow Mancunian Desie Donnelly, who is also a fiddle player. The pair will be accompanied by Solas’ John Doyle on guitar.
McGoldrick and Donnelly have been playing music together since childhood. Their approach to Irish trad is deeply rooted in tradition yet innovative and imaginative. They have impressed many with their recent performances for the BBC’s The Transatlantic Sessions.
