BORN Clothing Stores are delighted two of their staff members from the west will compete in top pageants, this weekend’s Miss Ireland Competition and the Rose of Tralee competition this summer.
BORN employee, Maire Hughes, won the Miss Mayo title last weekend. Maire will compete in the Miss Ireland Final this Saturday with hopes of competing in the Miss World competition later this year. Double celebration were called for in BORN when co-worker, Anna de Paor was chosen to represent Galway in the Rose of Tralee this August after being crowned the Galway Rose. It has been eight years since Galway was represented at the annual event and the county has high hopes for the Oughterard beauty.
The delighted Miss Mayo Maire commented, “I can’t wait; it’s all happening so fast. One less stress was picking my outfits, working in BORN has made that part really easy with such amazing dresses to choose from”. Working in such a fashion forward environment, it’s no wonder the girls stood out on stage in their dresses from BORN Clothing. The entire BORN team is behind the girls and will be cheering them on throughout each of the competitions.
