New tai chi classes for women

A new series of tai chi classes for women will take place in the Sat Nam Centre on Dominick Street, with chen tai chi instructor Natalia Krause.
The classes aim to balance hormones and promote well-being for women of all ages. They will be held on Tuesdays from 9.30am to 10.30am.
The Sat Nam Centre is also the home of Galway Community Acupuncture Clinic which offers various treatments. The centre also provides yoga classes in different styles including Hatha Flow, Kundalini and Satyananda yoga, as well as classes for beginners.
