Menlo Park Hotel introduces Restaurant Bia Beo

The restaurant at the Menlo Park Hotel was recently re-launched under a new name, Bia Beo, signifying the strong association the hotel has with the Irish language and the ethos of using fresh local produce.

The hotel’s head chef, Jimmy Ruffley, has a real passion for sourcing local produce wherever possible. To develop this theme Mr Ruffley has introduced the ‘pláta na míosa’ (plate of the month ) which will feature a dish supplied by a local supplier.

The new Bia Beo offers lots of new and interesting dishes. There are also fantastic new celebration packages available with special menus including options such as anniversary and birthday cakes as well as prosecco and options to include wine service.

Bia Beo specials include an early bird two course menu for €22; pláta na míosa, €15.95 including glass of wine; and three course celebration menus including wine for €33.

There is also a range of delicious dishes available on the new á la carte menu.
