ACT for Meningitis says thanks to rally for support
Dear Editor,
On behalf of Act for Meningitis I would like to say a massive thank you to everyone involved with this year’s Safety Direct Galway International Rally. Firstly thank you to the Galway Motor Club for choosing us as the charity for the rally, especially Joan Vaughan and Mark Parsons.
Also Alan Fair and everyone at Safety Direct Galway,who put in so much time and effort to promote us alongside the rally.I also want to thank the generous public who donated to us and of course our wonderful volunteers for giving up their time.It was a fantastic weekend.
Act for Meningitis is a new charity which aims to raise awareness and educate society about the signs and symptoms of meningitis.To be a part of the rally allowed us to meet so many new people and therefore get the word out there about meningitis awareness.
