Emmet Scanlan’s charity concert for Haiti

EMMET SCANLAN & What the Good Thought will play a charity gig in the Druid Theatre this Sunday at 7pm with the proceeds going to the Haven Partnership, which is building homes in Haiti.

The band have just returned home from a British tour and are due to release a single for the Haven Partnership later this month. The band have been busy working on new material and are eager to give Galway the first taste of what the next album has in store.

“This will be our first time in the Druid and playing in a room as captivating as this is the perfect setting for us to embellish on the intricate details of our music,” said Emmet. As well as the regular line up, the band will have a guest fiddle player and will be supported by singer-songwriter Sabrina Dinan.
