CREM Ltd will carry out BER Assessments on your property (see accompanying advertisement ) and advise you on how to improve your building energy rating. Building energy ratings are required for all new dwellings from July 2007 and for all buildings sold, leased, or rented from January 2009.

CREM will also carry out evaluations as required under the Energy Performance of Building Regulations (EPBR ) for all buildings over 1,000sq m. CREM will also provide independent advice and support regarding the implementation of renewable energy systems technologies in buildings such as solar heating, solar voltaics, wind power, and biomass heating.

CREM will also carry out quality, environmental, and energy management audits and carbon footprint evaluations. Such audits will assist in conservation of resources and help clients improve profitability by reducing its waste and energy costs.
