O’Donnellan & Joyce expands its valuations team

O’Donnellan & Joyce auctioneers has provided valuation services since its establishment in 1982. Shane McDonagh, who has been with O’Donnellan & Joyce since 2014, graduated with a BA in property studies in 2012 and has now furthered his education. He recently qualified as a Blue Book valuer, recognised by TEGoVA, which represents the leading professional bodies in real estate valuation across Europe. He is also an associated member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors of Ireland (SCSI ) and a member of IPAV (Institute of Professional Auctioneers & Valuers ).

O’Donnellan & Joyce’s valuation department is headed by senior partner Tony Joyce and supported by Colm O’Donnellan, also a senior partner. They welcomed the news of Shane’s recent qualification and said they were delighted to have him as part of the valuation team.

Tony Joyce and Colm O'Donnellan are fully qualified members of the SCSI and RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors ) and share expertise in all areas of the valuation process including professional standards Red Book valuations, recognised on a local and national basis.

O’Donnellan & Joyce provides detailed valuations and informed property decisions in all areas of the commercial and residential property market. These include representation for all the major financial institutions and accountancy firms. In addition the company provides landlord and tenant representation, acquisition, consultancy advice, and court representation. O’Donnellan & Joyce has also been engaged as a consultant for Galway city council and NUI Galway.
