This Saturday (September 29 ) a Charity Auction to beat all Auctions will take place in the Westwood House Hotel in support of Our Lady’s Children’s Hospital Crumlin and Scoil Bhaile Nua, Maigh Cuilinn. The event at 7.30 will be hosted by broadcaster Hector Ó hEochagáin who is still recovering from his most recent epic journey across Asia for TG4 ó Siberia go Saigon. Hector will put his unique comedic style to the serious business of raising vital funds for some of our community and countries best loved institutions.
Join Hector as he hosts the sale of everything from round bales and grade A turf to very fine art and five star hotel breaks. He’s going to push buyers to the limits as they bid for professional photography shoots, cruises, gym memberships, golf outings, high tea, wedding music, cattle feeds and more.
So, for those of you facing fodder crisis, fuel shortages, empty cellars and car problems, you’d be mad not to join Hector and Co. in the Westwood House Hotel on the night, because there are definitely bargains to be had, with all proceeds going to the most worthy of causes in Our Lady’s Children’s Hospital Crumlin and Scoil Bhaile Nua.
