O’Donnellan & Joyce auctioneers is back after the summer holidays with the next in its series of Wild Atlantic Way property auctions, and the autumn auction is gearing up to be the largest auction the west of Ireland has ever seen.

Colm O’Donnellan of O’Donnellan & Joyce auctioneers said: “This auction is shaping up to be our biggest yet. The office is a hive of activity with vendors preparing their properties to sell and purchasers organising to have finance in place. People cannot wait for us to launch our properties with all the details. We are being inundated with enquires from buyers locally and nationally."

O’Donnellan & Joyce is currently taking registrations from interested sellers until Friday August 24 for its Wild Atlantic Way autumn auction, to be held on Friday, September 28, in Harbour Hotel, New Dock Road, Galway. There is a large portfolio of properties already registered including semidetached properties in Knocknacarra and Renmore, spacious family homes in Salthill and Barna, investment properties in Newcastle, and a number of apartments throughout the west. There is also a large selection of residential homes in rural locations with very attractive price tags.
