Due to busy lifestyles, so many of us are rushing around and it is often difficult to have a sit-down meal at suitable times when restaurants are open. This can lead to bad eating habits or settling for what is often poorer quality fast food which can, sometimes, be packed with preservatives.
Not so with the delicious and diverse dishes that Corcoran is cooking up for the customers at Ballindooley Stores which are all freshly prepared from natural ingredients with no preservatives.
Delicious restaurant quality meal options include 100 per cent chicken breast that is breaded in the store's kitchen; tasty six ounce burgers made with 100 per cent Irish beef; and mouthwatering bacon and cabbage or turkey and ham.
The home-made lasagne, shepherd's pie, fish pie, and chicken pie are all freshly made, and salmon dishes are among Corcoran's specialities. She also prides herself in the selection of cold deli meals including ham, beef, and chicken which are all cooked fresh and with no preservatives, while the coleslaw and potato salads are also prepared daily.
