FIFTY-FIVE students of the Centre for Creative Arts and Media at the Galway Mayo Institute of Technology, are about to host their final year exhibition, featuring ceramics, sculpture, textiles, print, and painting.

The exhibition opens on Saturday June 2 at 2pm by artists who are soon to be graduates of Level 8 BA of fine art and design at the GMIT. This exhibition includes the level 7 paint group, who have completed their studies over the last six years. Speaking ahead of the exhibition launch, the artists said: "Collectively we have challenged ourselves, grown and expanded our knowledge and skill, created lifelong friendships, and developed a community of like minded people."
