Weight Watchers is getting Moycullen moving

The new Weight Watchers class in Moycullen (upstairs in The Coach House Pub ) is getting great support from local businesses.

This week the class focused on moving more, and the benefits of even a little bit of exercise. Adding to the class craic and camaraderie was Erica from local DNG Martin O'Connor auctioneers (pictured, right ), who presented members with free high-vis jackets. Now they have no excuse not to walk the Moycullen Prom in all weathers and conditions — “be safe, be seen”.

Kelly from KC Fitness & Dance Studio, also in the village, provided free exercise class vouchers, and members are enthusiastic about an upcoming free strength and training “taster class” being provided by local Levels Fitness — which is also offering generous discounts for Moycullen WW members joining the gym.

WW coach, Valerie Leahy (pictured, left ), is delighted with the welcome Moycullen has given her class: “My class members lost a combined weight of almost 12 stone this week, and I'm very grateful for all these exercise initiatives being provided locally: it'll boost even more weight loss and fitness levels."

Fun, friendly, supportive Weight Watchers classes run in The Coach House on Tuesday evenings at 5pm and 6.16pm.
