Kilkenny-based IT Company, A to Z Computers has recently completed an extensive rollout of state-of-the-art ICT equipment to Coláiste Eamann Rís in Callan. The completion of this project sees staff and pupils of the school availing of some of the latest in ICT equipment such as High-Spec Laptops, 3D Ready Projectors, Visualisers and Interactive Whiteboards.
“Coláiste Eamann Rís has been associated with A to Z Computers for over 10 years. We were delighted that A to Z recently won a very competitive quoting process to supply the school with ultra-short digital projectors, laptops, interactive mimio devices and visualisers. The IT equipment supplied by A to Z will enhance the excellent teaching experience already being delivered to the students in the school by involving them in an interactive way in their classes,” commented Frank McKenna, principal of Coláiste Eamann Rís.
A to Z Computers has developed strong links with a number of Kilkenny primary and secondary schools over the last 10 years, and continue to provide an expert local IT service for many schools in the area.
A key reason for these strong links is the professional follow up and support services offered by A to Z. “We believe the key to the success of ICT projects is a local on-going support and consultation service to maximise their benefit to both the staff and students,” said Martin Walsh general manager of A to Z Computers.
A to Z Computers provide full managed IT services for the business and educational sectors, as well as a home callout service and PC clinic at their Hebron Business Park Base
