Tonight, Thursday May 7, local band Snakebite play The Snug. This pop/rock cover band will be playing all the favourites spanning several decades.
Kick-off your weekend in style with V3 on Friday night, May 8 - from Edenderry, these are one of the liveliest young acoustic bands around.
On Saturday May 9, Small Deal take over. Made up of Dermot and Nigel from Athlone, this lively and very entertaining pair will be singing all your favourites. They’re guaranteed to get the crowd on their feet. DJ Jamie will also be playing in the beer garden. Jamie is an expert in getting everyone to enjoy themselves with classic soul, hip hop, indie favourites, and chart and club bangers all mixed to perfection.
ReJig return to The Snug on Sunday night May 10 - the band members will be familiar to most: Kieran Murphy - guitar and vocals; Jerome Sheerin - accordion and vocals; Cormac Sheerin - bass guitar, and vocals; and Eamonn O’Toole - drums and vocals.
ReJig is an energetic contemporary trad fusion band with a sound ranging from traditional Irish jigs and reels played with a twist to current chart toppers.
They’ll be followed by Acoustic 2 - playing a wide range of songs to suit all musical tastes from the old classics to the current chart toppers. You can expect a very lively performance that always gets the crowd involved - making for a perfect Snug Sunday!
