Four nights of live music at The Snug

Tonight, Thursday March 5, local band Snakebite play The Snug. This pop/rock cover band will be playing all the favourites spanning several decades.

On Friday March 6 The Snug Bar welcomes Macey South back to the stage. This talented three piece band are known for their energetic performance. Their unique mix of traditional music and rock and roll is not to be missed. You can also expect a guest appearance from Johnny Murray with his much celebrated Seamus Moore cover.

Saturday night sees Reigning Day take over. Chason and Declan from Castlerea are no strangers to The Snug Bar and have gained a reputation for creating a great lively pub atmosphere which will have everyone joining in with the craic. DJ Jamie will also be setting the mood in the beer garden.

This Sunday The Snug Bar hosts the best of Tullamore’s musical talent. Popular solo artist Gavin G graces the stage at 7pm and is always applauded by the crowd for his high level performance. Gavin is followed by JigJam at 9pm. JigJam’s debut album Oh Boy was launched recently and has been getting great reviews nationally. With exhilarating melodies on the five string banjo combined with the driving rhythm of guitar and double bass, they produce a fantastic blend of modern, Irish, and folk music with a special bluegrass twist. This Tullamore band really aims to please and creates brilliant lively atmosphere not to be missed. A great night is guaranteed.
