The Lols will celebrate their anniversary over the next couple of weeks in various venues around Ireland starting next weekend.
The band will be playing gigs across the Midlands over Christmas including a homecoming gig in The Auld Shebeen, Moate on Sunday December 27 followed by The Palace Bar, Athlone on Monday December 28.
The band has booked studio time for January to record a double A side single which they hope to release early in February.
The Lols are available for bookings for a special occasion in 2010 or 2011, they cater for everything from weddings to dinner dances, to birthday parties and graduations.
The Westmeath based band has just won the Irish Entertainment Party Band of the year 2009 at the Irish Entertainment Awards.
