Tempting food choices at the Cornloft restaurant

With great reviews and a certificate of excellence from TripAdvisor, the restaurant has gone from strength to strength under the guidance of proprietor Bartosz Kaczmarczyk who has many years experience serving the Athlone public.

Bart worked for the last eight years in the Motte and Bailey restaurant in Mount Temple and has designed some great menus for the coning weeks to ensure diners get in the summer mood, while enjoying fantastic food with family and friends.

Among the most popular food choices at the Cornloft restaurant are the steak and slow roasting duck with pasta dishes and pizzas also in demand amongst the customers.

All soups and sauces are coeliac-friendly with all dietary needs catered for - in addition, the Cornloft restaurant offers a wide variety of great vegetarian dishes so there is something to suit everyone.

Home made desserts are a speciality with cheesecake, pavlova with fruit salad, apple cinnamon crumble and chocolate brownie a must for the sweet tooth.

Great food is also on offer downstairs in the Mill Bar with a huge variety of tasty dishes on the menu.

Special offers include main courses for only €10 every Thursday. Each Friday and Saturday, the Cornloft offers a pizza and two pints deal for €15. Customers can also avail of the early bird menu each night from 5.30pm until 8pm - two course €17.95 and three courses €21.95.

The Cornloft is open from Thursday to Saturday from 5.30pm until 10pm and on Sunday from 12.30pm until 8pm.
